In the holidays I was in the shaw cup and I had just over a week to lose some weight because I was 44.4kgs and I had to be 43.0kgs  and so I had to run and minimize eating and drinking I did my first run in a thermal and a hoodie and I sweated a lot.

Bye Friday 6 days later it said I still weighed the same and then I had two more days to get down and I had not that much confidence getting down then I was running twice a day 30 minutes every time and wearing a thermal and two hoodies and I was sweating like mad.

On Saturday night I was in my room doing all sorts of fitness things with three hoodies on and a thermal  and I was doing sit ups, push ups,  star jumps, burpees, sprinting on the spot and with my boxing bag and gloves I was just doing some boxing.  

I then went outside and went for a 25 minute run and the next day when we were at the grand stand I had to get weight in my underwear and I was 43.7kgs  so I had half an hour to try and lose it and I was running in my thermal a rubbish bag and a big swazi jacket and I got down to 43.5kgs and after all that starving and running I was 0.5kgs off.

But for some reason I wasn’t that hungry straight after then when it was getting to the afternoon I was really hungry so I got a pie and I had pancakes the my dad came and he took me to the hauraki takeaways to get some food.
