IEs 2

What is it I hope I will come to understand more deeply through this inquiry? I'm hoping to know more about what some pitbull owners do to there dogs to make them vicious and angry, or more territorial. What knowledge might I need to help move towards this understanding? Knowing what it's like to have a pitbull, or a least been around a family's pitbull. What is it I hope to be able to do more competently?  (skills) Make my next pitbull nicer so that he or she can be more friendly with other dogs. Rearching and summarising better. What learning powers will this inquiry help me practice and develop further?  (Explain this) Resilience because you have to be patience, Connecting because I have to find experts, Creativity because I have to be creative making a project for it, Curiosity because I need to be curios about questions.

My weekend

Last weekend I went to my dad’s and stayed the weekend, we watched the rugby on Friday and had dinner as soon as we got there a at like 6 and we had chilli and rice. On Saturday we went to my dad’s friends and had a swim in there pool and stayed for a couple of hours then went and got my haircut and went and got stuff for dinner. When we got back all my cousins were there and two of them stayed the night. The next day we went to the beach at the west coast where there are big waves, we forgot to get our water do we were really thirsty and but we still brought some  bags of chips and I only got a handful of chips because I was in the water heaps and everybody else was eating. Me my brother and two of my cousins we really hungry because we were in the water a lot and didn't get much food and were starving so we got home and we had heaps of cream cheese on crackers.

Our 2017 T1 IEs

This year for our IEs we started not too long ago, most of everybody has a topic and for this year I chose pitbulls because recently the government has put a ban on some things to do with a pitbulls. Lots of people in my class think that they are vicious but I just said have you ever had one, because the only dogs Iv'e had are pitbulls and one hunting dog and all of the pitbulls were real nice and were like normal dogs. Reason why some them are bad are because of the owners make them aggressive and vicious because pitbulls were breed for fighting but not all of them do now days. We had a pitbull cross staffy and that dog was like a normal dog too. That's why I picked this topic because I could have lots of things to write about and explain.

What would I do if I had a million dollars?

Image
If I had a million dollars I would give my parents $100,000 each for them and I would spoil myself by getting me a Lamborghini Aventador For $300,000. Buy me a house for $300,000 which that leaves me with $200,000 and I would invest in the $100,000 so I make even more money for the future incase I need it, I could probably double or triple that money but it would just take a little bit. Once I got my invested money I would go on a holiday with all my family and pay for it all we would probably got to a sunny sunny place like Hawaii or Raratonga and stay there for about 3-5 weeks. When I get back I would upgrade lots of things in my house, I would help out other people if needed and then all the rest I can spoil my self, and I still have $100,00 so I would keep it until I need it again for something.

What would happen in my best ever weekend?

Image
In my best weekend ever I would be with all my friends, and we would be somewhere around the world maybe Raratonga or Hawaii  and we would be at the beach all day sun bathing and swimming and snorkelling. We would be eating water ever we want because we had heaps of money, we can see mostly water sand and trees. We sleep and while we sleep we can hear waves and when were awake we can hear lots of people outside and the beach still and everyone in our massive house. We all feel safe and at home our parents are there two but they have there own house next to all us kids.

Tuakana Teina

I have put myself at the level Tupu (to grow) because I finish my work sometimes and other times I don't because I talk to much or it's too hard. I am trying to get to Tuakana (expert) so I can listen to music and to do that I need to be up to date all year. There are three levels Teina, Tupu and Tuakana Teina (learner), most people are at Tupu and not much at Tenia and Tuakana

Treaty of Waitangi

Image
The treaty of Waitangi was a agreement between the British and The Maori and was signed on the 6th of February 1840. 500 Maori chiefs signed the treaty of Waitangi and 30 women. There are many other ways of putting a treaty into different situations like signing a contract for a job, having a agreement for school camp, the Marama way, getting a pet for home, getting a car or some sort of technology.
