Marama Goal Reflection
This week our goal is:
To organise myself to be ready to learn. I know I need to take a break from my learning.
To achieve this I will have a better sleep go to bed earlier.
Have a healthy breakfast in the morning.
Half an hour before lunch or so and drink some water and regally drink water
That was our goal last week I did achieve my first one I was going to bed at the right time at nine o'clock and asleep at nine fifteen. I did not achieve having a healthy breakfast because I did have much time to because I got up at eight o'clock every morning because I love to sleep in then I have a shower and stuff like that. I achieved the last one definitely because I was drinking loads of water and I did have little healthy snacks like fruit and things like that during class time and also having a break like a run every now and then.
