So far Debbie the cyclone has been making lots of damage for Auckland residents, some house with people in it have been evacuated, a house on the news had a land slide went flying into the house and the owner of the house got up after hearing a loud thud and was knocked over by the mud. Over here in Ngatea it hasn't been to bad but we've had a couple of car crashes and quite a lot of rain.

What is your goal for camp? To complete all of the activities that we are doing throughout camp. Why are you coming on camp? To have fun and be better at working in a team, My mum paid. What skills, strengths, qualities, powers do you possess that will help you have a really successful camp experience? I need connecting because if we are working in a team we need to connect with each other, I need resilience because i’m not a big fan of heights and we are doing high ropes. Last weekend I went to my dad’s and stayed the weekend, we watched the rugby on Friday and had dinner as soon as we got there a at like 6 and we had chili and rice. On Saturday we went to my dad’s friends and had a swim in there pool and stayed for a couple of hours then went and got my haircut and went and got stuff for dinner. When we got back all my cousins were there and two of them stayed the night. The next day we went to the beach at the west coast where there are big waves, we forgot to get our water do we were really thirsty and but we still brought some  bags of chips and I only got a handful of chips because I was in the water heaps and everybody else was eating. Me my brother and two of my cousins we really hungry because we were in the water alot and didnt get much food and were starving so we got home and we had heaps of cream cheese on

Last week I had Thames Valley swimming and I qualified for 25m backstroke and 25m breastroke and I first did breastroke and I won that race but there was two heats and then backstroke there was two heats again and I won my heat by a bit then after that I went. The Friday that week in the school newsletter I found out what I came and I came second in both of them so the person that won the second heat beat my time.

What is it I hope I will come to understand more deeply through this inquiry? I'm hoping to know more about what some pitbull owners do to there dogs to make them vicious and angry, or more territorial. What knowledge might I need to help move towards this understanding? Knowing what it's like to have a pitbull, or a least been around a family's pitbull. What is it I hope to be able to do more competently?  (skills) Make my next pitbull nicer so that he or she can be more friendly with other dogs. Rearching and summarising better.
